We monitor and support the evolution of school mobility.
RESEARCH
MOBISCO develops and updates databases on the mobility behaviors of students and the organization of home-to-school movements. Through data collection and the involvement of schools and territories, it builds an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of school mobility patterns.
ANALYSIS
The Observatory analyzes accessibility, safety, and sustainability of daily movements, evaluating services, infrastructure, and organizational models. It monitors the evolution of local policies and dedicated initiatives, identifying solutions and replicable best practices.
RESULTS
MOBISCO activities generate useful evidence to support administrations, schools, and local stakeholders. Through the sharing of data and best practices, the Observatory helps promote models of school mobility that are safer, more inclusive, and sustainable.
