The use of the website of the National Center for Sustainable Mobility, www.centronazionalemost.it, is governed exclusively by these conditions and, where not specified, by the applicable legal regulations. Access to the National Center for Sustainable Mobility Site and any use of the information and material contained therein implies knowledge of the following conditions and full acceptance of them. The Site is managed by the National Center for Sustainable Mobility, hereinafter referred to as "Site Owner". The use of the Site is governed exclusively by Italian law.

CODE OF CONDUCT FOR USERS OF THE HUB&SPOKE RESERVED AREA
The Site allows access to the Hub & Spoke Reserved Area only to Authorized Users.
Access to the Reserved Area and any use of the information and material contained therein requires knowledge of the following conditions and implies full acceptance of them.
The provision of reserved content for Authorized Users is that specified at the time of access.
The Authorized User must treat all data and information available within the Hub & Spoke Reserved Area as strictly confidential and may not disclose, distribute, or make such information accessible to third parties without the written consent of the National Center for Sustainable Mobility.
The data within the Reserved Area must be used for the specific purposes agreed upon with the National Center for Sustainable Mobility for the execution of the Hub-Spoke/Hub-Affiliate agreement.
The Authorized User must adopt adequate security measures to protect the data from unauthorized access.
The Authorized User agrees to indemnify and hold the National Center for Sustainable Mobility harmless from any liability, loss, damage, or expense that may arise from accessing confidential data or using the same.
