Women and innovation: the future of sustainable railway mobility

at the Aula Magna of the University of Florence, the event "The Innovators of Sustainable Rail Mobility" will take place, an initiative promoted by the MOST Foundation to highlight the contribution of women in the railway sector and sustainable mobility. The meeting will bring together researchers, engineers, managers, and professionals who, within the MOST projects, have brought original visions, advanced skills, and concrete results in a field traditionally characterized by a strong male presence. Through round tables and direct testimonies, the event will highlight how diversity of perspectives is an essential driver of innovation, showcasing experiences, challenges, and milestones achieved on the path towards a railway mobility that is increasingly modern, sustainable, and inclusive.
